Job Title: Technical Sales Manager AI & Robotics

Experience Required: 3 years in Technical Sales (AI & Robotics domain preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with expertise in AI & Robotics sales to drive business growth for Muks Robotics AI Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of AI-driven robotics solutions and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Attractive Presentation & Communication

Deliver engaging presentations and communicate technical solutions in a simple confident and persuasive manner.

Use storytelling visual tools and demos to make complex AI & Robotics concepts easy to understand.

2) Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI & Robotics solutions.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

3) Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand client needs and propose custom AI & Robotics solutions.

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met.

4) Technical Consultation & Product Demos

Explain complex AI-driven robotics solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Conduct product demonstrations webinars and presentations for potential clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to provide the best solutions.

5) Proposal & Contract Negotiation

Prepare quotations proposals and contracts for clients.

Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to close deals successfully.

Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.

6) Collaboration with Internal Teams

Provide feedback to the product development team to improve solutions.

Participate in conferences trade shows and networking events to promote the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering AI Robotics Business or a related field.

Experience: 3 years in Technical Sales preferably in AI Robotics or Automation.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI ML IoT and Robotics technologies.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close high-value deals and build client relationships.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client challenges and provide suitable AI-driven solutions.
