Join our dynamic Account Management team on a secondment focused on transforming client experiences and driving growth across key accounts. Youll collaborate closely with Partners and alongside peers across industry and family groups refining sales strategies and enhancing service delivery. What your days will look like

  • Drive Strategic Focus: Coordinate firmwide account teams to align on client strategies that enhance value delivery and engagement.

  • Enhance Collaboration: Implement structure and support with management insights knowledge sharing and effective meeting preparation.

  • Lead Workshops: Organise impactful account planning and client experience workshops using best practices to highlight PwCs market differentiation.

  • Streamline Services: Facilitate seamless client services by connecting with expert teams for rate card and MSA reviews.

  • Optimise Technology: Provide expertise in Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and fostering a unified client view.

  • Embed Client Insights: Boost feedback initiatives and integrate insights to improve client interactions and outcomes.

This role is for you if

  • You can demonstrate strong communication skills and presence with senior staff and clients.

  • You can expertly implement strategic and tactical account management initiatives.

  • You can deliver key business messages to diverse audiences creatively and effectively.

  • You can balance multiple priorities effectively are adaptable and can work at pace.

  • You are a self-starter who collaborates well with teams while managing personal workloads efficiently.

  • You are detail-oriented with strong CRM skills; Salesforce experience is a plus.
