Within Maltha (part of Renewi) we are looking for a visionary and results-driven Manager Continuous Improvement who can turn strategy into impactby leading cross-functional improvements embedding Lean thinking and building the capabilities that will power our growth. Continuous Improvement Manager (40 hours)
Work location flexible based in either Lommel (BE) or Heijningen (NL)

As Manager Continuous Improvement youll be the driving force behind operational excellence across multiple sites and countries (future scope includes France). Youll work on strategic initiatives lead impactful Kaizen events and help embed a culture where continuous improvement is the norm not the exception.

Your Role: Strategy Meets Execution
You will:

• Build and drive our CI improvement program across locations in Belgium the Netherlandsand in time France.
• Define prioritise and monitor the benefits from the agreed improvement projects.
• Perform maturity assessments and shape our Lean transformation approach based on clear priorities.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and lead projects that improve performance safety and employee engagement.
• Implement standards across sites (5S process design Mission Control problem-solving methods).
• Create and roll out a training program to upskill colleagues in Lean tools and CI principles.
• Promote cross-site collaboration and alignment between teams departments and leadership.
• Youll report to the International Operations Manager work closely with the leadership team and manage our CI Specialist(s).

What makes you our ideal Continuous Improvement Manager

• You combine vision with execution power and you know how to mobilise teams behind a shared ambition. Youre a structured thinker a persuasive communicator and a change agent with business acumen.
• Proven experience leading CI or operational excellence programmes across multiple sites
• A solid foundation in Lean (Green or Black Belt preferred) Kaizen and CI methodologies
• Experience with CI tools such as A3 management 5S process mapping PDCA and problem solving
• Strong stakeholder management skills you bring clarity and connection across functions and levels
• Fluent in English and some Dutch ideally some French
• Experience in industrial logistics or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
  Willing to travel across the Netherlands and Belgium in time France.
