Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying engaging and managing partner accounts across international markets to promote and sell
surrogacy IVF and donor-based reproductive programs. This role requires structured pipeline management relationship building and revenue generation through medical legal and agency partnerships.

Location: Ukraine Europe
Type: Remote full-time
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify partner leads (clinics agencies lawyers facilitators) in target markets
  • Consult clients on treatment programs and support them throughout the process.
  • Conduct online meetings (Zoom messengers) explain how everything works and help choose the best options.
  • Build strong trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Utilize CRM to manage leads analyze performance and refine your sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (B2). A second foreign language (German French or Chinese) is a plus.
  • Sales experience and a passion for client service.
  • Proactive attitude responsibility empathy.
  • Background in healthcare or medical services is an advantage.
  • Skilled in CRM email outreach LinkedIn prospecting and proposal creation
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Capable of working remotely across multiple time zones
