Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales of industrial chemicals particularly in sectors like coatings ink or electronic chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing key accounts and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote industrial chemicals in coatings ink and electronic chemical sectors.
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities across industries using market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement R&D and production teams of client organizations.
Conduct product presentations technical discussions and negotiations with clients.
Generate and follow up on sales leads inquiries and quotations.
Prepare and submit proposals ensure timely order closures and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal logistics technical and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide regular market feedback competitor intelligence and customer insights to improve offerings.
Travel extensively within the region for client visits meetings and trade exhibitions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related science/technical field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
3 6 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial chemicals (mandatory).
Hands-on experience in selling to the coatings ink electronics or similar industries.
Sound knowledge of industrial chemical applications and formulations.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Residing in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.
Ready for regular intercity/state travel as part of business development efforts.
