We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
Do you want to participate in creating the best team possible whilst making a positive difference to the lives of our residents You can do this as a Clinical Nurse at St Vincents Care Services Kangaroo Point. Within this position you will need to demonstrate ongoing clinical education and experience.

Things that work for us:
A minimum of five years previous experience in a similar management / clinical care position
Advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.
An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health including a commitment to the Mission Vision and Values of the organisation and an ability to promote the behavioural expectations in line with this philosophy.
Contribute to quality health care through life-long learning and professional development research data generation clinical supervision mentoring coaching and development of policy and clinical practice guidelines including delegation of care to Registered Nurses EENs/ENs and personal care assistant / living support partners according to their competence and within their scope of practice and; mentoring and supporting current Clinical Managers.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications.
A strong understanding of Nursing and Care practices and current Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members.
Ability to work flexibly within the business.
Must have NDIS Worker Screening checks
