With UMB operations the Enterprise Fraud Analysts focus their work toward investigating fraudulent confirmations against customers and the UMB organization. These analysts are the determining factors on making vital decisions for determining how fraud is happening where it is happening and how can they put a stop to it. Fraud Claims Analysts work closely within their team environment to support one another and to be successful. With working across multiple departments to help customers and the bank Claims Analysts help customers and the bank get back millions of dollars in loss. The Fraud department prides in taking on wrongful people with enforcing justice and helping victims get back what belongs to them.
The Enterprise Claims Analyst role takes on fraud claims for all payment channels that our customers utilize throughout the organization. These associates are solution-based problem solvers who aid our customers and internal partners to ensure we are providing the unparallele customer experience to customers and clients for investigating fraudulent activity. The fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios keeps our associates flexible and adaptable to changes to meet our overall business needs. Our Enterprise Fraud Claims Analysts are motivated to be self-driven and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills while controlling the progression of their career.
The UMB Fraud department is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. You are valued for who you are in a fun professional setting. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with Managers and Senior Leaders associates to develop roadmaps for opportunity within the operations realm or other departments and avenues throughout UMB.
How youll spend your time:
You will use problem solving skills to investigate fraudulent claims against our customers and the UMB organization.
You will need strong communication skills to provide updated information to parties to ensure all information is communicated for adequate research for fraud.
You will be a team player to work out solutions within your team to help conduct plans and research to stop and defeat fraud.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications
Strong Problem Solving Skills
2-years Customer Service Experience
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines
Compensation Range:
$44790.00 - $86510.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMBs standard for this role but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location experience level and other job-related factors.
