Job Description
Performs advanced maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and general infrastructure. Troubleshoots issues ensures facility safety and functionality and supports complex maintenance projects. Provides guidance to maintenance staff and coordinates with vendors as needed.
Qualifications :
Electrical Certification.
Experience with commercial appliances.
Requires a current State of Arkansas Electrical Journeyman license.
Troubleshooting Skills.
Valid Driver License.
