Site Reliability Engineer:
Job Description:
- The Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) will work closely with software engineering and operational users to ensure that the IT system meets its reliability and performance goals.
- The SRE will focus on maintaining reliable highly available and scalable systems.
- To accomplish He/She will automate and automatize processes and procedures both for Operational users as IT Operationals.
Main Tasks:
- Optimizing automating and automatizing Processes and Procedures
- Performance Optimization
- Documentation and Knowledge sharing
- Ticket Handling
Technical Skills:
- Sybase (Oracle or SQLServer)
- Infrastructure as Code (Ansible Kubernetes)
- Java 8
- Shell Script
Language Skills:
- English
- Portuguese
Soft Skills:
- IT/Business Relationship (Communication skills)
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Client Focus
