A Senior Project Engineer / Controls Engineer / Lead Engineer is required to join an industry leader in Houston TX.
The successful Senior Project Engineer / Controls Engineer / Lead Engineer will come from a background of designing engineering and delivering advanced building automation and energy management systems preferably with Delta Controls.

Senior Project Engineer / Controls Engineer / Lead Engineer Responsibilities:
Design and engineer building automation and energy management systems aligned with local energy codes and sustainability goals
Analyze mechanical and control system performance across individual buildings and entire campuses
Create advanced project-specific programming solutions to maximize efficiency and system performance
Build and modify custom graphical front ends that enhance the user experience and operational insight
Collaborate with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Program and troubleshoot DDC (Direct Digital Controls) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to meet specifications
Track project financials including monthly audits and post-project reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help shape engineering standards
Senior Project Engineer / Controls Engineer / Lead Engineer Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred; other fields welcome)
Strong understanding of electronics and basic electrical circuit principles
Familiarity with advanced programming concepts and system integration
Hands-on experience with mechanical systems HVAC and energy controls
Working knowledge of DDC theory and control applications
Experience with Delta Controls Tridium or Niagara Framework preferred
Resides within 45 minutes of Houston TX
