Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HSM Engineer to design implement and manage Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver secure scalable and compliant encryption solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Thales CipherTrust Data Security solutions including:
- CipherTrust Manager
- Data Discovery and Classification
- Transparent Encryption
- Cloud Key Manager
- Deploy and configure Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and integrate with existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise on data security encryption tokenization and data masking best practices.
- Assist in the development of security architecture documentation and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for project planning and execution.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
- Work with cloud platforms including AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in HSM implementation and key management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Thales CipheTrust suite (CipherTrust Manager DDC Transparent Encryption CKM).
- Strong knowledge of encryption technologies tokenization and data masking.
- Experience in cloud integration (AWS Azure GCP).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex security solutions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
