Responsible for sales of all products from new and existing accounts in Hong Kong and Macau through in-depth knowledge of market segments technical knowledge and selling skills. Responsible to drive revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction in Hong Kong and Macau. Provide total and unique solutions to solve complex scientific challenges.
- Achieve or exceed sales plan in the assigned territories;
- Regular on-site customer visit and pre-sales product presentation;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in each of the business units with regular sales forecast;
- Collect and share market information trend funding competitor activities;
- Coordinate consolidate and monitor all the Trade Show Events and all kinds of marketing activities to ensure the consistency and effectiveness;
- Communicate and work closely with China team and Corporate on business operation and technical people to ensure customers need and requirement is effectively and efficiently fulfilled;
- Work with the application teams and other Miltenyi Biotec staff to ensure effective training and support systems are delivered consistently;
- Provide prompt solution to any customers question problem or complaint;
- Actively participate in team meetings and events and share your customer product and sales knowledge with the wider team;
- Responsible for creating and updating account profiles providing quotes and booking deals in our CRM;
- Ensure logistical and operational requirements of distributors are met by internal teams;
- Maintains confidentiality of Miltenyi Biotecs customers and technologies;
- May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications :
- M.S. or B.S. degree from a four-year college or university and two to four years of sales and/or research experience in the life sciences environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Immunology and/or Molecular Biology background is preferred;
- Customer Oriented proactive and preciseness with strong ability on new customer development negotiation and public relation as well as the planning and organizing;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Integrity and honest self-motivated and capable of stress management.
