Retrofit Administrator
25000 - 27000 per annum
Location: Kenilworth Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking energy company based in Kenilworth currently seeking a highly analytical and motivated Retrofit Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree-educated candidate who is looking to build a career within the energy efficiency and sustainability sector. Youll be providing essential administrative support to two experienced Retrofit Assessors with the chance to progress into a Retrofit Assessor role yourself a position with an earning potential of 40000 - 45000 per annum. Full REA (Retrofit Assessor) qualification support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to two Retrofit Assessors
- Review and analyse desktop assessments and supporting documentation
- Cross-check evidence against current industry rules and regulations
- Upload and manage photographic and written evidence
- Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the assessment process
- Use Excel to collate and analyse data as part of the quality assurance process
Key Requirements:
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Interest in the energy efficiency or sustainability sector is advantageous
