Ansell is looking for a Finance Transformation Director to join our team in Iselin NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in modernizing the finance function and helping position it as a strategic data-driven partner to the business. This role is pivotal in reimagining how finance teams operateshifting from traditional siloed structures to agile collaborative and technology-enabled operating models.
You will work cross-functionally to build next-generation finance capabilities embed digital tools and strengthen our culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
The base salary range for this position is $180000 to $205000 U.S. Dollars per year

What your role will be
Modernize the Finance Operating Model
Partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to evolve a scalable agile and tech-enabled finance model.
Redesign core finance processes (P2P O2C R2R) for efficiency control and growth.
Implement service delivery models (e.g. shared services centers of excellence) to boost responsiveness and reduce cost.
Lead Change & Build Future-Ready Teams
Identify skills gaps and upskill teams in Lean automation and continuous improvement practices.
Drive adoption of new tools systems and ways of working across the global finance function.
Cultivate a culture of transparency collaboration and ongoing innovation.
Align cross-functional teams to a shared vision for future-state finance delivery.
Enable Digital Transformation
Spearhead the adoption of next-gen finance tech including ERP upgrades automation (RPA) and AI-powered analytics.
Strengthen data governance and self-service analytics to empower smarter faster decision-making.
Simplify and automate budgeting forecasting and reporting processes to unlock strategic capacity.
Own Program Leadership & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end governance of finance transformation initiativesplanning execution tracking and benefit realization.
Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide transformations and business model shifts.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders external partners and project teams to deliver sustainable impact.
What will you bring to Ansell
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or Masters in Finance preferred.
10 years of experience in finance including leadership roles in finance transformation or finance business partnering.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in a complex matrixed environment.
Strong knowledge of modern finance technologies (ERP RPA cloud platforms BI tools).
Background in consulting or enterprise-level transformation is highly desirable.
