Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
Assist walk-ins with good customer service etiquette Answer office main phone line; Assist in advising students at the front desk; Respond to e-mails Correspond with various constituencies on behalf of Center for Global Education (via email phone etc.) Maintain student and program files and data entry Participate in Center for Global Education activities and events Create and/or update displays and other marketing projects (blog posts print and digital marketing social media etc..) Active role in program promotion and student recruitment; Lead information sessions Conduct presentations to classes residence halls student groups and clubs Host information tables on-campus Represent Center for Global Education in a professional manner and act as an ambassador for the office Work on special projects as assigned. Assist with projects and goals for diversity equity and inclusion efforts of the Center for Global Education.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. No study abroad experience is required.
