Were looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead the development implementation and continuous improvement of investigation processes across Compass Group Australia. This pivotal role will support and guide operational teams in managing investigation quality supporting analysis of food safety incidents and applying risk-based action planning using the hierarchy of control. You will also contribute to governance crisis management and incident review frameworks making a real impact in a fast-paced rewarding environment.
THE ROLE
The Investigations and Governance Manager is primarily responsible for managing the quality of HSE investigations across Compass Group Australia and performing Governance activities across HSEQ programs.
