About the Role
As Practice Manager youll lead the day-to-day operations of our Sunshine Coast clinicensuring every patient encounter reflects the Dental Boutique experience and every team member is set up for success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading mentoring and managing a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and support staff
- Overseeing clinic performance workflows and patient experience standards
- Driving operational excellence across scheduling billing reporting and compliance
- Handling feedback with empathy and action turning challenges into opportunities
- Collaborating with national leadership contributing to business goals and innovation
- Championing culture people development and a values-driven workplace
About You
You are an experienced healthcare or dental practice leader who thrives in fast-paced high-expectation environments. You will:
- Bring 3 years experience in practice management or senior healthcare leadership
- Have strong people leadership skills and a track record of building cohesive high-performing teams
- Possess excellent communication problem-solving and patient service capabilities
- Understand dental or healthcare operations including billing scheduling and compliance
- Lead with empathy confidence and an unwavering commitment to detail
