Sales Development ManagerWhat a successful Sales Development Manager at Fiserv do
Were seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team focusing on achieving outbound and inbound sales targets. This role involves managing a team of 3-6 reps driving sales activities and ensuring pipeline growth in designated territories.
Youll be responsible for hiring coaching and performance management working closely with sales and marketing to enhance sales outreach activities. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in developing successful sales teams. What you will do:
Deliver on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals
Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in office
Participate in the SDR recruiting process and make hiring decisions
Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity hiring and pipeline creation
Drive SDR activity metrics and grow pipeline in specific territories
Coach manage performance and develop the career paths of team members
Partner with business development and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance
Assess team needs and recommend training plans and programs
What you need to have:
High school diploma required
What would be nice to have:
PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience
Sales experience (retail or other) preferred
