A prestigious hotel group in Porto is looking for a Sales Manager Corporate (M/F) to lead the commercial strategy for the corporate segment.
Location: Porto Portugal
Schedule: Full-time On-site
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for the corporate segment.
- Identify and manage business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies.
- Manage and grow the corporate client portfolio ensuring long-term business relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competition to define effective action plans.
- Represent the group at trade shows events and sales visits.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to maximize hotel profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in similar roles in the hospitality sector (preferably in a multi-property environment).
- Strong knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal.
- Excellent negotiation communication and results-oriented skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
- Proactive autonomous and team-oriented.
- Availability for occasional national and international travel.
- Experience with international brands is a plus.
