The People Technology team enables People Systems at Monzo. They own and maintain all the technology that underpins People team actions and objectives and continuously work to improve processes and ways of working.
This role is instrumental in helping to manage and optimise our People Tool tech stack. This dynamic and varied role manages performance and maintenance for our People tools whilst driving efficiencies around processes and solutions. We are looking for a Systems Specialist who is passionate about technology and data provisioning great service and is able to think holistically across the people landscape. Keeping a customer-first mindset youll be working closely with the Head of People Technology in building designing delivering and maintaining all People Systems across Monzo.
