You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailHead of Marketing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining leading and executing Aion Banks overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness customer acquisition engagement and retention across all segments and channels. The Head of Marketing will be instrumental in shaping the banks market presence ensuring brand consistency and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the digital financial landscape a passion for innovation and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
Lead the marketing team across brand content product marketing digital and communications.
Partner with Sales Product and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies across all solution offerings and geographies.
Monitor market trends customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
Brand Management & Communication:
Oversee brand positioning messaging and identity across all touchpoints.
Lead PR media relations and corporate communications initiatives.
Ensure the development of high-quality digital marketing assets respecting the design system and branding guidelines and oversee their consistent application across the bank.
Digital Marketing & Growth:
Provide strategic direction for the development of digital marketing infrastructure and tools needed for operating various digital marketing channels: Google network social networks programmatic buying direct display affiliations comparison sites influencers and digital out-of-home campaigns.
Data Analytics & Market Intelligence:
Use data-driven approaches to measure and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Drive proficiency in data-driven decision-making including KPIs ROI analysis and customer analytics.
Team Development:
Hire develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation accountability and collaboration.
15 years of experience in marketing with a significant portion in the fast growing digital banks Fintech or highly regulated digital industries.
5 years of successful experience in a senior marketing role
Proven track record of leading and scaling high-impact marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading go-to-market strategies during acquisitions and business transitions.
Deep understanding of digital transformation MarTech stacks (e.g. CRM CMS automation platforms) and performance marketing.
Experience using AI-powered marketing tools and personalization strategies.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making including KPIs ROI analysis and customer analytics.
Proven ability to manage budgets agencies and cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set a vision lead change and mentor a team providing coaching development and training.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Background in global marketing and multi-market strategies.
Specific proven track record in leading a digital marketing team in the financial / fintech industry or e-commerce ideally in Poland.
