Member Appointments Coordinator

We are looking for a Member Appointments Coordinator to become an essential part of our governance team. An organised and proactive professional with a knack for process coordination and stakeholder engagement you will manage all aspects of our member and committee appointments and lead the coordination of Council meetings and related events.

About the Opportunity

As the Member Appointments Coordinator you will work closely with teams across the AMCs business areas to manage the transparent compliant and timely appointments to committees across the organisation.

You will also play a key role in the planning and delivery of AMC Council meetings and related events working closely with the Company Secretary in developing and delivering meeting programs and coordinating logistics.

As Member Appointments Coordinator you will provide high-level coordination relationship management and event logistics within a culturally safe inclusive and forward-looking environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the effective governance of a national health standards organisation supporting quality and integrity in medical education and practice across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The role:

  1. Manage the end-to-end process for Committee and AMC Member appointments
  2. Develop and maintain processes and systems for appointments and reappointments
  3. Develop and maintain connections with stakeholder organisations and other sources for prospective members
  4. Support onboarding and recognition processes for new and retiring members
  5. Plan and deliver logistics for Council meetings
  6. Maintain compliance with policies processes and cultural safety requirements

A base salary of $94500 super is available depending on skills and experience
