Join our 2nd Line Risk & Compliance team as a Compliance Advisor Financial Crime where youll help shape and maintain Group-wide frameworks policies and systems to manage financial crime risks. Use your expertise in fraud scams AML/CTF sanctions bribery & corruption modern slavery and cyber-related impacts to provide advice strengthen controls and enhance oversight of financial crime risk and compliance across the Group.

What youll do

  • Support the development and maintenance of Financial Crime frameworks policies and risk assessments
  • Provide oversight and challenge to financial crime risk management practices across the Group
  • Identify and escalate gaps or improvement opportunities in compliance activities
  • Build strong relationships and offer expert advice to key stakeholders
  • Maintain tools templates and reporting to streamline compliance with policies and standards
  • Advise on the implementation of frameworks policy interpretation and risk appetite
  • Use data insights to guide business decisions and strengthen financial crime controls
  • Collaborate across first and second line risk and compliance teams
  • Contribute to a strong risk culture and high-performing team environment

What youll bring

  • Degree in Business Law or Financial Crime-related field (desired)
  • ACFE and ACAMS certifications (desired)
  • 3 years in either compliance risk or regulatory roles including 2 years focused on financial crime in the insurance industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including with senior leaders
  • Ability to balance compliance obligations with commercial objectives
