Job Description
We are looking for a Financial & Administrative Lead with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement on behalf of a leading international consumer goods company.
Were looking for someone who brings clarity control and structure to administrative and accounting processesand whos eager to be part of a dynamic growing operation.
Your role will be essential to ensuring the financial health of the business in Mexico collaborating with HQ and contributing to the professionalization of local processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the companys financial balance and compliance with accounting regulations.
- Prepare regular reports for headquarters: results cash flow account statements KPIs and more.
- Coordinate and execute accounting tasks: reconciliations system entries balance sheets (together with external accountants).
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving and automating financial and administrative processes.
- Maintain close contact with Operations and Commercial teams.
What we value:
- 5 years of experience in similar roles ideally in mid-sized companies within the food beverage pharma or distribution industries.
- Degree in Business Administration Accounting or related fields (required). A postgraduate degree in Finance is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills autonomy and a flexible mindset.
- Solid experience with ERP systems and end-to-end accounting processes.
