In this role youll collaborate with internal teams on innovative digital marketing strategies while also driving performance mentorship and team development. Youll manage extensive partner communications lead strategic training initiatives and provide coaching to ensure the success of both our partners and your team. Must-Have Summary
Were seeking a proven leader with a strong background in both client success management and digital marketing strategy capable of overseeing high-volume partner relationships while driving measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate has 1.5 years of experience managing and scaling client success teams (10 direct reports) paired with 3 years of hands-on marketing expertise across platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads SEO and web optimization.
This role requires a strategic consultant mindset with the ability to create growth frameworks evolve service delivery models and influence client retention and expansion at scaleup to 250 partners simultaneously. You must bring a process-oriented approach fluency in tools like HighLevel and ClickUp and a passion for building and refining training QA and operational systems.
Strong communication is essentialyoull lead escalations mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally with confidence and clarity. A track record of data-informed decision-making goal ownership and results-driven leadership is critical. Agency experience is a must and experience in healthcareespecially dental or orthodonticis a strong plus.
This is a high-accountability role with full ownership ideal for someone who thrives independently embraces challenge and is eager to have a lasting impact. Remote-friendly with one annual trip to Pensacola required.
OVERVIEW
As a Head of Client Success youll play a pivotal role in coaching and collaborating with internal teams to optimize digital marketing strategies and maximize ROI for practice ownersall while leading a high-performing internal team of 10. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Team Leadership
Lead manage and coach a team of 10 team members across the Partner Success Onboarding and Support departments. Your role includes goal setting performance reviews process improvements and professional development to drive team success.
Partner Communication and Marketing Performance Oversight
Oversee all partner communications including email text messages and Zoom calls to ensure timely thorough and precise responses to all partner questions and concerns. Manage and coach the Partner Success team to uphold a high standard of communication excellence ensuring that every interaction is solutions-oriented proactive and aligned with HIPs service standards.
Internal Collaboration and Problem-Solving
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal HIP teams to promptly address partner needs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and marketing performance. Work closely with teams across departments to solve challenges related to lead quality ad spend optimization CRM functionality and training website updates SEO strategy and team operations. Apply critical thinking to diagnose issues develop actionable solutions and ensure clear timely communication that supports both internal alignment and partner success.
