Job Summary

Head of Finance (Senior Finance Leader)
Location: LATAM or South Africa (Remote 9am 5pm ET)
Compensation: $4800/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior finance leader to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic guidance for a fast-growing subscription-based DTC business with brick-and-mortar retail operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in US venture-backed companies and be comfortable operating in a remote high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning modeling and analysis to support business strategy.
Manage budgeting forecasting and reporting across multiple channels (DTC and retail).
Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other financial regulations as required.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a senior finance leader (Head of Finance VP of Finance or equivalent) in US-based venture-backed companies.
Strong understanding of subscription-based DTC businesses and brick-and-mortar retail operations.
Hands-on experience with financial modeling analysis and reporting.
Experience supporting fundraising and investor communications.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fully remote setting aligned with US Eastern Time business hours.
Exceptional English communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in companies with $20M in revenue or significant growth stage.
Previous exposure to US or UK markets.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and implement scalable financial processes.

Work Hours:

Full-time remote (9am 5pm ET).
