Job Description

Ford Office Technologies is currently searching for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. This senior leadership role oversees the sales organization manages key customer relationships and leads efforts to expand market presence. The VP of Sales aligns sales operations with overall business objectives and is a critical driver of revenue generation.


  • Develop and implement the companys sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all markets.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead mentor and scale a high-performing sales team including sales managers account executives and sales support.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed to optimize results.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Oversee sales forecasting budgeting and pipeline management.
  • Present regular performance reports and strategic updates to the leadership team.
Requirements

  • 10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience building sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
