General Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting all of the positions in Loan Operations including but not limited to documentation preparation; loan booking; loan scanning and various other loan administration duties.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Effective management of production queue as it relates to daily workload and closing schedules.
Prepare loan documents to properly secure all types of collateral.
Fund loans as specified in the disbursement documents.
Manage post-closing follow-up such as booking loans collateral perfection make collateral files.
Book and maintain loans.
Review the accuracy of data entered on the loan system on new loan accounts DDL accounts and modifications ensuring corrections are made as necessary.
Process all paid loan files and file collateral releases.
Process partial releases and maintain adequate records.
Process loan maintenance as required.
Responsible for input and disbursements on all escrow tax and insurance records.
Process all payments and advance requests.
Process DDL and loan charge offs and loan transfers to Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) including entries and loan package copies.
Review the accuracy of charged off DDL loans booked on the loan system.
Ensure loan imaging system and loan system reflect the appropriate account status including loan and DDL charge off status along with OREO.
Audit scanned documents for accuracy readability and completeness.
Remain current on all loan related compliance changes and requirements.
Job Requirements
Understanding of commercial residential and consumer loan terminology.
Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance regulations.
1-3 years experience with personal computer software applications in a network environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary.

Education & Experience
1 year or more of Banking experience required.
Successful completion of high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate; college is preferred.
LaserPro loan documentation experience a plus.
