Description
The Sr. Analyst Compensation & HR Compliance is a key role within our Human Resources team responsible for administering and managing compensation policies across Trinity Health. This position will oversee job description content FLSA status classification pay range placement merit and bonus administration. Additionally the Sr. Analyst will ensure compliance with all HR regulations providing guidance to leadership and HR partners to maintain best practices in compensation management and HR compliance.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required None Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation management or HR compliance is highly preferred. Previous experience with compensation administration pay structure development or FLSA classification. Experience in analyzing and interpreting compensation data including market benchmarking merit and bonus administration. Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (e.g. FLSA Equal Pay ADA) is highly preferred. Special Skills or Training Requirements Strong understanding of compensation structures FLSA classifications and HR compliance regulations. Proficiency in HRMS or compensation management systems (Workday ADP or similar platforms) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. High degree of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
