In this role you will support the emerging products portfolio supported by Amazon IT.
Were looking for a candidate who can exercise high judgement and interface directly with leadership and stakeholders to help deliver key narratives content and events while leveraging data and communications insights to optimize the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing marketing or communications campaigns testing and learning from data insights and scaling programs globally. You will have strong verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable taking initiative operating at a global scale understanding cultural and local preferences and working across teams in an agile environment. Key job responsibilities - Develop full-funnel communications strategies that drive conversion to key customer segments - Support go-to-market activities for product services and program launches globally - Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies to support new and existing products features and services - Track and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders as well as continually monitor analyze and tune messaging to maximize impact - Identify emerging customer problems and develop proactive plans with stakeholders including crafting content as needed
- 5 years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience - Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
