Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present in many European markets including Poland. You will be signing the contract directly with the Polish employer.
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist with German language skills to join our team in Szczecin Poland. This is a full-time on-site position in the E-commerce/Retail industry.
Salary: 7900 PLN gross per month
Contract type: Contract of employment (Umowa o Prac)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone email or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to e-commerce and retail products
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- German language proficiency at C1 level
- English language proficiency at B2 / C1 level
- Ability to work full-time in shifts within the timeframe 09:00 18:00 CET Monday to Sunday
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Availability to work on-site in Szczecin
Working hours:
- Full-time rotating shifts
- Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 18:00 CET
Relocation support:
For selected candidates we offer a relocation package that includes:
- Coverage of travel expenses
- 2 weeks of accommodation upon arrival in Szczecin
