Location: Haywards Heath RH16
Salary: 40k - 70k (Based on experience)

An established and progressive property consultancy is seeking a Qualified Development Surveyor to join their professional team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Advising landowners on commercial terms for option and promotion agreements
- Negotiating with land promoters and housebuilders
- Managing sales of development land following planning approval
- Preparing RICS-compliant valuation reports
- Liaising with a diverse client base across the Southeast
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- RICS qualification
- Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Real Estate or related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive detail-oriented and enthusiastic with a can do approach
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Permanent right to work in the UK
