We have a unique opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our internal Risk & Compliance team. This role can be based in any of our national offices (Bath Birmingham Cambridge Leeds London or Manchester). This role also offers a hybrid working environment with two days in the office per week. Some travel might be required from time to time.
This is a new and strategically important position ideal for someone who is passionate about embedding a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across a values-led organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal quality systems helping prepare the firm for ISO 9001 certification and supporting our ongoing commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Working closely with the Head of the Risk and Compliance team youll act as the firms internal expert on quality management leading audits maintaining documentation and helping ensure that processes are both efficient and aligned with industry best practices.
