Job Description
Head Chef - Relief
$38.35 per hour inclusive of casual loading
- Relief role working across several aged care facilities
- Various shift times and patterns as this role provides relief coverage
- Experience in the healthcare sector highly favoured

The Position
- Food preparation cooking and presentation of all food offerings
- Ensure daily adherence to safety and hygiene processes to maintain a safe allergen-aware environment that meets food safety standards and accommodates diverse customer needs including texture-modified foods.
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
- Provide exceptional customer service for residents and their families
- Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
The Person
- Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role - strong leadership qualities collaborative management skills and a passion for food
- Experience in HACCP food safety and infection control
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a positive leadership style adaptable open to feedback and excellent at time management in dynamic environments.
- Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Food safety Supervisory certificate
- National Police Check
