The Victoria Inn is a scenic pub complete with comfy rooms thats set in the heart of Salcombe a stones throw from the banks of Kingsbridge Estuary.
Youll be working in one South Devons most beautiful coastal destinations rightly designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The pub itself is popular among locals and tourists alike who are drawn to a characterful interior adorned with cosy nooks and roaring log fire while a suntrap beer garden awaits outside.
Are you a versatileAssistant Head Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment Join ourtalented kitchen team and youll be working alongside passionate people withlocally sourced produce to provide high quality food that delights our Assistant Head Chef you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchenteam while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications foreach dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by ourmenu writing processes to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of ourbusiness and our guests.
