What is the Opportunity
The Chief Data Office (CDO) is a first line function that provides execution support for critical data governance and data management activities. The CDO guides the evolution of RBCs data strategy and influences strategic investments in data to support business strategy and regulatory compliance. The data governance team is responsible for leading the design of best practices to be adopted by the CDO as well as the first line data risk owners.
This associate level position is an enterprise role defining and delivering first line data governance activities. This role is critical in ensuring that our data practices adhere to the regulations set forth by the applicable global regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance risks and controls and experience with policy management and/or data analytic. This position will report to the Governance & Regulatory Initiatives director within the CDO.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65000-105000 depending on your experience skills and registration status market conditions and business needs.
