You want to be the central engine that drives execution across all business units integrating strategy with day-to-day action while earningperformance-based rewards in a platform with the potential for massive social and financial impact.

What Youll Do:

  • Genomics & Laboratory Business Leadership Lead and scale EPIC Healths new genomics division overseeing business operations strategic planning and cross-functional alignment across laboratory services.

  • Precision Medicine Integration Collaborate with clinical IT and R&D teams to integrate genomic testing and precision medicine into the broader healthcare delivery model enhancing outcomes and operational performance.

  • Laboratory Compliance & Strategy Ensure business operations are aligned with CLIA CAP HIPAA QA/QC and other relevant standards. Manage lab partnerships vendor relationships budgeting and contract negotiation.

  • Strategic Vision & Operational Execution Lend your expertise toshape and lead the operational infrastructure of our growing business and ensure alignment with our mission and goals.

  • End-to-End Operational Management Oversee all core functions including product development marketing HR finance and techensuring fluid communication and cross-functional success.

  • Mentorship & Leadership Development Guide and develop the leadership team sharing best practices and aligning them with strategic objectives.

  • Philanthropy & Social Impact Help usbuild initiatives that give back while creating profitable scalable business models.

  • Innovation & Business Expansion Explore and develop newhigh-potential business lines leveraging your industry experience toconnect ideas capital and execution.

  • Process Design & Implementation Build out efficient processes systems and SOPs to enable sustainable scaling of the business.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Assist in high-level networking and relationship-building with investors partners and key industry players.
