We at Workshop are now looking for a new Client Director! As a Client Director at Workshop you will lead strategic client partnerships across the Nordics and EMEA acting as the main point of contact for key accounts and overseeing cross-functional delivery teams. Youll drive growth ensure high client satisfaction and lead negotiations with senior stakeholders including procurement. Your role blends commercial ownership operational oversight and people leadership with a strong focus on long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Commercial Leadership: Manage client relationships across multiple business units own contract negotiations and drive profitable growth
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of field marketing programs across Nordic & EMEA with a strong focus on delivery quality and client KPIs
  • Team Leadership: Take full personnel responsibility providing clear direction coaching and support to foster engagement development and high performance. Lead with clarity and empathy to build a strong motivated team culture aligned with business goals
  • Performance Management: Track and analyze key account metrics ensuring service excellence stakeholder alignment and financial accountability
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and new accounts

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client satisfaction (NPS CSS stakeholder feedback)
  • Contract compliance and SLA achievement
  • Team performance engagement and retention
  • Delivery quality and campaign execution metrics
  • Account growth and commercial profitability

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of senior account or client management experience within Field Marketing and Retail Agency
  • Strong background in managing large teams and complex cross-market programs
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience in high-value negotiations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Fluent in speaking and written English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are a plus)
  • Relevant degree in business marketing or communications
  • Experience from consumer electronics sports goods is meritorious
  • Proficient in AI prompt design and optimization (e.g. ChatGPT Gemini Claude) is meritorious
