ShippyPro a global leader in e-commerce logistics solutions is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our international Marketing team in creating engaging content managing multilingual communications and driving our digital presence forward.

As we grow were looking for a passionate and multilingual Marketing Intern to join our team and support key content and communication initiatives across multiple platforms.

The Product
ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.
What youll do
As a Marketing Intern you will:
Website Management
- Support content editing and publication on our company website in multiple languages (Italian English French)
- Adapt and update website texts from briefings maintaining consistency with our tone of voice
- Manage translations for additional markets when needed
Email Marketing
- Create and edit marketing emails using HubSpot from templates and drafts to final delivery
- Write compelling product-oriented newsletters in English and Italian with support for translation into French
- Coordinate A/B testing and performance monitoring when relevant
Social Media
- Upload and schedule social media content defined by senior team members
- Ensure accuracy in language and format across platforms (LinkedIn Instagram etc.)
- Monitor and help respond to customer sentiment on review platforms and social channels
Event Support
- Provide logistical and content support for marketing and company events
- Assist senior colleagues with event coordination and communication tasks
Tools Youll Use
- Google Analytics Analyze website performance and user behavior
- HubSpot Manage website content newsletters and e-marketing databases
- Canva Create simple visual assets using our branded templates
- ChatGPT & AI Tools Support translations content ideation and optimization
Who You Are
You are a creative communicator whos passionate about language and marketing. You enjoy adapting messages for different audiences and cultures and youre naturally curious about how tools and data can help shape great campaigns. Youre eager to learn contribute to a team and take your first steps into the fast-paced world of SaaS and e-commerce.
What Youll Bring
- Fluency in Italian English and French
- A strong sense of written tone and the ability to adapt content across languages
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Curiosity for digital tools like HubSpot Canva and ChatGPT
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn by doing
- Interest in e-commerce technology and communication trends
