Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Associate with prior experience in a recruitment consultancy specifically in Non-Tech hiring. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships. This role offers attractive incentives on the realization of client fees providing significant earning potential beyond a fixed salary.
Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening and coordinating interviews for Sales Marketing Operations and Bulk Hiring roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention.

Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring their hiring needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

Utilize job portals LinkedIn networking and other methods to build a strong talent pipeline.

Work remotely while being available for in-person meetings at the Noida office as required.

Contribute to closures and earn performance-based incentives on successful fee realization from clients.
Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy (Non-Tech hiring).

Must have experience in hiring for Sales Marketing Operations and Bulk Hiring roles.

Based in Delhi NCR with the ability to travel to Noida as needed.

Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
