Business Development Executive

Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the fashion industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive intelligence.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients outlining our services and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and create effective campaigns.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to represent Fashion TV India.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback on product offerings and contribute to service improvements.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Participate in strategy meetings to discuss business growth and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Support the development of sales materials and promotional content.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Fashion TV India promoting our values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
- Good presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
