JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
Function: Business Development
Role Purpose:
New Horizons is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with 8 years of experience to lead client acquisition and drive growth across all centres. This role involves a blend of strategic planning stakeholder management market expansion and operational support across the organization s diverse service offerings in child development. The ideal candidate will bring leadership market insight and a passion for impact-driven development.

Job Location: Head Office Goregaon East
The candidate shall be required to travel across six centers located in Goregaon East Goregaon West Bhandup Dadar Mahim Vasai.
Experience: 8 years in business development sales and marketing
Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s in Business Development or Master s in Hospital Administration
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the business development function aligning with center-level teams to assess localized marketing needs and strategies.
- Engage with patients and stakeholders to understand customer profiles behaviors and long-term engagement opportunities.
- Formulate and implement strategic growth plans in collaboration with the leadership team managing resources budgets and vertical-specific revenue targets.
- Innovate service development efforts and create awareness in the child development domain tapping into emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies based on current market intelligence.
- Represent New Horizons at key forums and networking events to promote services and strengthen brand positioning.
- Define and track business goals at both individual and team levels ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and engagement metrics.
- Build and nurture external relationships to enhance NHs brand value and service reach.
- Collaborate with PR and advertising agencies to craft effective branding and communication strategies.
- Oversee on-ground marketing initiatives including site visits for data collection surveys and feedback analysis.
- Partner with network expansion and operations teams for seamless service growth and scalability.
- Develop detailed presentations and analytics-driven reports for strategic reviews with senior management.
- Lead initiatives to onboard new referral doctors and build a strong referral ecosystem.
