- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems specifically Windows 10 and 11 including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Utilize remote desktop support tools to assist users effectively and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Assist with the management of Active Directory and Group Policy including user account management and policy enforcement.
- Demonstrate basic networking knowledge by resolving connectivity issues related to TCP/IP DNS and DHCP.
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
Requirements
