Job Description

Financial Controller / Head of Finance in Africa

Location: Liberia

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller / Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a growing industrial group with multi-country operations across Africa. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Board of Directors

Key Qualifications & Experience:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
In-depth knowledge of IFRS tax laws & financial regulations
Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Proven exposure to Africa or emerging markets
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / QuickBooks) financial modeling and MS Excel
Core Competencies:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Taxation Statutory Compliance & Audit
Budgeting Cost Optimization & Working Capital Management
Business Valuation & Due Diligence
ERP Implementation & MIS Reporting
Strategic Decision Support & Team Leadership
