Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company s business goals and project launch timelines.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and monitor the overall marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to allocated spending.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Department on market trends consumer behavior and competitor activities.
- Oversee the execution of property market research and ensure actionable insights are derived and applied.
- Plan and manage the full cycle of marketing campaigns from conceptualization and execution to performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing timelines and project milestones.
- Review and ensure accuracy consistency and brand alignment of all marketing collaterals and communications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Admin teams to gather feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Coordinate with vendors creative agencies and event partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing events and activities.
- Report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and provide performance analyses to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Real Estate or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in property marketing or a related industry.
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive high-impact marketing efforts.
- Agile and adaptable to market shifts with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel when required.
