This is a remote position.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
structured environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing data entry and document preparation.
Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence.
Schedule meetings appointments and coordinate calendars.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and other materials as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support the team with travel arrangements expense reports and other logistical needs.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other office management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting multiple team members or executives.
