We are seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to lead the strategy and implementation of measurement frameworks and performance analytics across a portfolio of AI/ML-driven digital products. This role will be instrumental in defining how success is measured across user engagement product adoption AI model performance and business impact.
As part of a team driving global AI transformation this leader will build the analytics foundation that enables data-informed product decisions transparency into AI effectiveness and continuous optimization across digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data product and strategy with a passion for translating complex metrics into actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Unified Measurement Frameworks: Define and implement KPIs success metrics and data standards to evaluate AI product performance across multiple dimensions (user engagement model efficacy business impact).
- Establish Analytics Infrastructure: Partner with product data and engineering teams to instrument tracking data pipelines and dashboards that support product and executive decision-making.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams to ensure alignment on measurement goals and build scalable processes for metrics implementation and governance.
- Drive Insight Generation: Translate data into meaningful insights trends and recommendations that inform AI product evolution and customer experience improvements.
- Enable Responsible AI Metrics: Where applicable incorporate AI-specific indicators such as fairness transparency and explainability into the analytics strategy.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in digital analytics product analytics or data strategy ideally within enterprise software AI/ML products or digital platforms.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end development of measurement frameworks and metrics reporting at scale.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product managers data scientists engineers and UX teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau Looker Power BI Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML product lifecycle and associated measurement needs is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus.
