Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions supporting the organisation s workforce strategies and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance management employee relations compensation talent development and offboarding;
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units providing guidance on manpower planning budgeting and employee-related matters;
- Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices;
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture;
- Oversee learning and development needs analysis training budget administration and course coordination;
- Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation; analyse data to support insights-driven decision-making;
- Support general office administration including workspace planning travel arrangements procurement and other operational support functions.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Human Resource Management Business Administration or any related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations with exposure to HR strategy;
- Strong familiarity with local employment regulations and compliance requirements;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
