Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting functions and be eager to grow in a professional environment. This is a night shift onsite role based in Paragon City Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including data entry and record-keeping
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is complete and organized
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Help in monthly and yearly closing processes
Coordinate with internal departments and respond to financial queries
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelors / Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Excel etc.)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working the night shift (6 PM 3 AM)
Must be based in or able to commute to Paragon City Lahore
