We are seeking a highly organized discreet and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Top Managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks coordinating meetings handling confidential information and ensuring smooth communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendars schedules and appointments Top Managers
- Organize meetings conferences and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation required by senior executives.
- Handle confidential correspondence emails phone calls and messages with professionalism.
- Liaise with internal departments external partners and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Assist in personal tasks as required maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
- High degree of discretion integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
